Terms and Conditions for Accommodation at Statek pod Strání

The operator provides accommodation services to customers who book accommodation at the operator's property.

Accommodation Price, Booking Conditions and Payment

Accommodation can be booked electronically via the booking system on this website, by email, or by phone. The accommodation price is set according to the current price list and includes the consumption of utilities and water.

In addition to the accommodation price, a local municipality fee of 20 CZK per night per person over 18 years of age applies (in accordance with the valid municipal regulation).

The payment for the stay also includes a refundable security deposit of 5,000 CZK or 3,000 CZK, which serves as a deposit against possible damage or loss caused during the stay. The deposit will be refunded without undue delay after the end of the stay, once the property has been vacated and a final inspection has been carried out. The refund will be made to the bank account from which the payment was made, or to another account specified by the guest in writing.

The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the payment for the stay. Payment must be made within 3 business days of the reservation confirmation. If the payment is not credited to the operator's account within this period, the operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the dates to other interested parties.

By making a reservation, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these accommodation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply, calculated from the total accommodation price:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: 10 % of the accommodation price 
  • 29–14 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation price 
  • 13–7 days before arrival: 75% of the accommodation price 
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the accommodation price

The cancellation fee serves as compensation for the loss of the reservation for the given period. In the event of early departure, no refund of the unused portion of the stay will be provided.

Personal Data Protection Policy

Customers' personal data are processed by the operator for the purpose of providing accommodation services and offering related services. The operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and data protection principles.
